Last day at last. at the end of this fast I am fasting on water and herbal tea only. when the fast is done , we are not done. once we start eating again the goal is to continue to intermediate fast daily (eating meals after noon when the sun is at its highest point because thatโs when we burn the most energy)
Day 2 is complete. Once the first 2 days are done now is where we tap in. As we move deeper into the fast we eliminate even more from the body and free up more space and more energy. Day 3 and 4 we will eliminate raw vegetables and eliminate even more waste.
