RETURN/REFUND POLICY


If your recently purchased package not what you ordered or was lost or damaged by the shipping carrier:

You may have your product replaced within 30 days of receipt by emailing healuminati@gmail.com or by contacting @healuminati customer support on Instagram to see if you qualify for a refund. Healuminati will NOT cover the cost to ship the damaged or defective product back to us if it needs to be returned to us before you receive a refund. Healuminati will only cover the cost to ship the REPLACEMENT product to you.

If your returned package is lost or stolen:

Healuminati is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing your returns. We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. Please file a claim with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

How long will it take for me to get a refund or a replacement?:

Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days from the time Healuminati receives the item being returned.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS

  • Returned items must be in their original, undamaged ( unless damaged by usps) and unused packaging, and refunds will be issued only for products under these conditions. We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for the product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in. We do not accept returns of opened products. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a full refund.

  • In most cases, we are not able to honor requests for product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product you must return the item, receive your refund and then purchase what you want. We do not issue store credits.

  • Healuminati will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to products shipped to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

    Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and will not issue you a refund.

    Exchanges
