5 Easy at Home DIY Flushes

Note:

Use organic ingredients if you can

eat light and drink water after these flushes

these flushes would work best when done upon waking

these flushes may increase bowel movements shortly after taking them so do them when you will be home or in a place where you have access to a bathroom


What to do after the flush?

Eat healthy and clean as possible,

aim to drink a gallon a day

Flush #1- SEA CITRUS FLUSH

1 liter of distilled water

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of lime juice

2 tablespoons of pink Himalayan sea salt

mix all together and drink quickly upon waking

Flush #2- SPICY FLUSH

2 cups of warm distilled water

1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

5 tablespoons of lemon juice

5 tablespoons of lime juice

mix together and drink upon waking. if you have stomach problems and ulcers do not do this flush

Flush #3- CLAY & FROOTS

2 cups of distilled water

1 teaspoon of bentonite clay

5 tablespoons of lime juice

1 teaspoon of ginger juice

mix all together and drink quickly upon waking

Flush #4- ONION FLUSH

2 cups of water and Blend 1 apple

with 1 onion

and citrus fruit puff (the white inner part)

or drink the juice of apples, onions, lemon, lime and grapefruit upon waking

Flush #5- LEMON, PEPPER & ROOT FLUSH

take the juice of 1 Lemon, 1 turmeric root, 1 ginger root and 1 bell pepper and drink 1-2oz upon waking with water
