How To Prepare

1. Soak the seamoss in spring water for 2 hours.

2. drain and give it one more rinse.

3. Place the seamoss in a pot with new spring water enough to submerge it.

4. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Blend the seamoss with the same water you boiled it in.

6. store it in a glass container. keep in the fridge for up to  3 -4 weeks
