FIRST OF THE MONTH 3 DAY JUiCE & DETOX WATER CLEANSE BREAKDOWN

Ideally on the 1st of every month i like to do a 7 day cleanse starting with just liquids for the 1st 3 days. Sometimes depending on my lifestyle at the time i do the liquids at the end of the week but this breakdown will be juices and detox water for the first three days and then gradually building back up to solids.

This cleanse is For Detox, Reboot, Reset, Recharge and Redox. 3 days minimum- 96oz of homemade detox water and 96oz fresh juice per day. (3, 32oz jars of ea juice and 3 32oz jars of water) for the schedule, cost, timing, ingredients and benefits read below 👇🏾

DRINKING SCHEDULE:

Upon rising start your day with the first jar of detox water and then 2 hours after that drink your first jar of juice, 2 hours after that drink the 2nd detox water then 2 hours after that drink the 2nd juice and last but not least , 2 hours after that drink your third water and 2 hours after that have your last juice. (Everyones cleanse may look different but this is tailored to my schedule, my needs, my weight, my goals and my physical activity for these next three days)

Example schedule:

8am water 1

10am juice 1

12pm water 2

2pm juice 2

4pm water 3

6pm juice 3

8pm tea / coconut water (optional)

COST & TIMING:

This is an affordable, healthy and safe way to fast from cooked foods, reset your eating habits, heal gut issues, rest and recharge the body, detox and rid the body of waste, excess mucus and parasites.  I spent about 100$ on groceries and it took me 3 hours to clean, cut, juice and jar these fruits and vegetables plus  including cleaning my lab (kitchen). I will not be consuming any solid foods for  three days.  You can also add coconut water and teas to this 3 day cleanse as well. After the 3rd day i will incorporate foods slowly back into my body by first adding smoothies and  whole fruit (fiber) on day 4 and 5 and then on day 6 and 7 salads , nuts, grains and seeds as my physical activity increases towards the end of the week.

INGREDIENTS:

Juice 1: Breakfast

Papaya, pineapple, pear, ginger, turmeric, lemon, seville orange, apple

Juice 2: Lunch (pre/post workout)

Beet, Carrot, pineapple, Apple, Concord grapes, lemon, ginger, turmeric

Juice 3 : Dinner aka The salad in a jar

Dandelion greens, watercress, spinach, celery, parsley, cucumber, kale, lemon, ginger, apple.
