DAY 3 & 4- FRUITS & LIQUIDS

DAY 3

DIVING DEEPER

Today , day 3 was the start of just fruit and liquids. So no more raw vegetables, no salads.  I fasted today after breakfast for most of the day, I worked out today while i fasted.  I didnt feel like i was low on energy I actually felt the opposite.

When you fast you free up space and energy in the body,. The more energy your cells have the faster the recovery this is why if you are in need of internal healing its best to do a fast to speed up the healing process. If you are in need of a Natural and safe detox its best to fast because once your body has the time and space to destroy weak cells and tissue , it will do just that and eliminate them. you just yhave to keep the lymph fluid moving, by doing light exercise and drinking plenty of water.

MEALS FOR THE DAY:

Today for breakfast at 11 i had the usual:

Elderberry elixir shot wit blackseed oil, tamarind and mandarins, red clover and dandelion root tea with antioxidant infused honey and i made ginger burdock lemon shots .  Burdock is a great source of iron so helps with circulation and oxygenation of the blood.  I fasted on water until 6pm and had  the gorilla milk smoothie (see day 2 entry for ingredients or follow @healuminati on ig) with purple seamoss (builds tissues, contains minerals and is good for bones and lungs as it is an expectorant)  as my post workout meal.

For dinner by midnight: i had a whole cantaloupe. Cantaloupes are high in vitamin c and contain alot of water. I was full off one melon, and hydrated.  The best water comes from your fruit. This water is called structured water aka h3o.

EXPERIENCE:

So far my experience has been increased flushing, increased sweating (detoxing), more energy, no bloating,  increased endurance  and faster recovery.

KEEP IN MIND….

This fast is more mental than physical. It takes alot of mental strength to not succumb to your habits and cravings.  Im used to this fast because this is not my first rodeo i started this fasting routine in 2020. I try to do this fast at least 6x a year.  Tomm will be day 4, fruits and liquids only again.



DAY 4

On your only fruit days you will see just how many things there ARE to eat . It forces you to get creative because people tend to think plant based peeps don’t have any options. This fast limits your options for the moment but once its over you would have learned about all the other things you could eat other than the most common fruits and veggies.

BREAK FAST:

tamarind and mandarins, burdock/lemon/ginger shots with blackseed oil, red clover, dandelion tea with antioxidant infused honey.

LUNCH:

Mangos

DINNER:

Unpopular Fruit salad  tomatoes olives and avocado

Gorilla milk smoothie: 9 banana, cinnamon, dates, walnut milk, hemp seeds, chia seeds and seamoss

  • If you didnt know, tomatoes, olives and avocados are considered fruits because they either have seeds or grow from a tree or flower.  This is a good thing to keep in mind on fruit only days if you have a big appetite and need fruit with higher fat content to keep you full.


BENEFITS OF FRUIT ONLY

If you have dreams of you eating foods that you have been abstaining from or craving then  Fasting from those foods can assist in starving those cravings out and eliminating them. Once the fast is complete you will have kind of rewired the brain into creating newer healthy habits. It takes 21 days to create a habit but at least after the 7 days a third of the battle is done.  To do this fast for 21 days.  Do day 1-7 then day 7-1 and again from 1-7. The longer you do the fast the better because it helps you have more control over what you eat once you start eating again and helps you reform your habits

Tomm day 5 starts all liquids only. I already have my juiced prepped, my herbs for my tea and a bunch of coconut water.  See yall in day 5….
