DAY 5 & 6 - LIQUIDS ONLY

DAY 5

No chewing allowed

All liquids today. I didn’t get a chance to eat the honey dew melon and pineapples on my fruit days so im juicing them and will drink those today and tomorrow along with coconut water, green juice and other fresh fruit juices and teas for these next couple of days. 2 days left of the fast and im still feeling amazing

BREAKFAST

Started my day with lemon burdock ginger root shot and blackseed oil, Dandelion tea and 32oz of coconut water, for breakfast at 9 am

LUNCH

pineapple ginger juice at 2pm and honey dew melon juice for lunch  4pm

DINNER

Green juice(arugula, spinach, kale,parsley,cilantro,celery,cucumber,ginger,lemon,lime,bell pepper) for dinner at 8pm

followed by a tea (10pm) concoction of Hibiscus, bladderwrack, cloves, lemon grass, dandelion leaf and korintje cinnamon. we gonna call this tea DRAGON BLOOD

  • I made this tea (distilled water)to help support my fast by assisting with keeping my body balanced and functioning in ways to help eliminate waste while feeding my cells as I abstain from solid foods

INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS OF THE TEA:

  1. hibiscus is great for lowering cholesterol and blood pressure high in antioxidants and vitamin c,  supports liver health and fights inflammation

  2. bladderwrack helps to support weight management, protects your thyroid,, relieves stomach problems, good for eye health and skin health

  3. Cloves kill bacteria and parasites in the gut

  4. Lemongrass helps with digestion, relieves pain, helps control blood sugar

  5. Dandelion leaf is a diuretic, improves digestion promote healthy skin, control blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation

  6. Korintje cinnamon helps to control blood sugar, supports healthy bowels,  anti fungal and antibacterial

See yall in Day 6 aka part 2 of  liquids only. Dont forget to stay hydrated. As far as water goes, I drink evamor artesian water (naturally alkaline)

I plan to have a smoothie tomm after my workout

a papaya, seamoss, walnut milk, hemp , chia smoothie.  This will help support digestion and offer minerals and amino acids. Since i am not eating , a smoothie is a good way to get in your carbs, proteins and fats in liquid form.



DAY 6

JUICE JUICE JUICE JUICE!

woke up today, made fresh blood orange juice, red globe grape juice, and sour tamarind juice. I broke my fast with tea and juice. I will be drinking nothing but fresh fruit juice today, tea, and, water. Tomm it will be just herbal tea and water and the breath of life aka air.

im feeling light, clear headed, energetic, electric and satisfied in every way. I have a natural high and my body feels strong and health.

BREAKFAST-LUNCH 11am-4pm
