Wholistic Health Journey

Everyones day to day is different so our journeys are different.  I started from movement first, as i got older and more physically active i became more aware of how the external is dependent upon internal and vice versa.  I began to change my eating habits which over the years on paper looks like peaks and valleys but thats ok.  Later on i learned that manifestation is real and come from how you think and how you move as far as actions that give life to those thoughts. Ppl manifest the same problems into their life and keep asking why me, you can also manifest opportunities in the form of people, places and things.  The cleaner the body the clearer the mind and the stronger the spirt or soul which governs manifestation. Its all about where you heart is, whats your intentions? The heart has its own emf which means it vibrates outward and recoils the energy that was pushed outward back inward to you. Thats why the saying what goes around comes back around is so cliche. 

 But whats not so cliche is the conversation around the fact that what we eat makes us who we are, certain food can make you think a certain way. Your spirit is your aura which is your energy your vibrations and if you are not eating to detox and nourish the body, the spirit will have no temple to stay. Godliness is next to cleanliness. They teach this in every religion as well.  If you are not moving the body your mind is idle and the idle mind is the devil’s playground.

Holistic health is about being whole. Its about the healing of the whole entire being. Healing is a consistent thing, its peaks and valleys, its life. 

Being more aware of what you eat

Making a conscious effort to move and exercise or stretch the body

Exercise your soul by meditating or finding peace in your place of worship.  Meditation helps with stress and builds the bridge between breath and thought. The two things you cannot see but can feel and also the two things we do without having to think about doing.  In meditation every breath is acknowledged and every thought becomes more conscious with practice. Find a quiet place 10 min a day and just relax, close your eyes and breathe putting all emphasis on the lungs and diaphragm which is a muscle we must strengthen. 

I dont believe in taking herbs and not eating healthy and exercising in conjunction. All three work together as a trifecta.  See my shopping lists and foods to avoid to get a good idea of better food choices. Stay tuned for quick at home workout plans you can do to help stay active even when you think you dont have time. We have to find time to exercise like we find time to eat.
