The 30-Day Calisthenics plan broken into 4 progressive weekly phases, each with 6 active days and 1 rest/reset day while pairing with a consistent intermittent fasting (IF) schedule. This program steadily builds strength, flexibility, and metabolic health when done in its entirety. The routines are beginner friendly and foundational. Use exercise variations as needed.
