THE BEST WATER

Everyone wants to know what water is the best. i started to get suspicious when things were getting to complicated. We forget how simple but complex nature is. simplicity is key though. There are so many different kinds of water out there. Spring water, mineral water, distilled water, purified water, filtered water, alkaline water, and too many others to name. When this happened I stopped searching and started researching. The first thing I thought of was homemade detox water which consist of fruits and water. Detox water has its benefits, fruits can raise the ph of water and make water more alkaline and less acidic but what concerns me is the water the fruits are being soaked in. Water that are in bottles are said to be natural spring water but spring water has impurities if placed in bottles whether it be glass or plastic with or without BPA. BPA is a chemical used to make plastic and other containers.

Everything in our bodies and outside our bodies depend on water. You can literally age faster if you aren’t getting enough water. The water inside our body is made up of a special molecular structure and any water we put into our body is filtered by our organs and cleaned, which takes energy. Most water we drink is boiled and processed and has insoluble calcium, iron and chlorine present in it, this can be seen as the burned or browning of tea pots after you boil it down. only vaporization takes chlorine out of drinking water. Tap water has fluoride and radiation in it. Tap water can be boiled to rid it of some chemicals but along with boiling water you are changing the molecular structure of it which depletes it of some of its oxygen which the body uses to carry nutrients.


Structured Water

Since the water in our bodies are structured then the best type of water to consume is water from other sources that also have structured water and that would be fruits, vegetables and seamoss. This is the only type of water that shares the same structure of the water structure in our bodies. Coconut water can be substituted for the plasma in our bodies because of how closely the structure is to our own blood. If you want to purify your own drinking water at home its best to boil water, let it chill so all harmful substances in the water can vaporize, freeze the chilled water and then let it melt to drink. A snow flake is a form of structured water after it has been frozen. Nature will teach you this. There is a reason for the design and pattern and structure of a snow flake. The molecular design of structured water looks exactly like snowflakes.


Eat Your Water

When you eat your water the water is held in your body longer and can be put to use rather than it flushing out your body. Drinking a lot of water flushes out toxins and also water soluble vitamins. Water rich foods trap water in the molecular structure of the cell and it helps get water into all other cells and then our body can absorb it slowly. Along with eating your water, you also get the minerals and nutrients that is in the food.

All food has water but there are some more water laden than most and should be used for proper hydration.
