EXERCISE & INNERCISE

SELF MOVEMENT vs CELL MOVEMENT

EX-ercise is something we think about as an EX-ternal benefit for the body but exercise works from the inside out. When people aren’t able to move because of old age or special circumstances they must be moved or dry brushed to stimulate circulation and cellular movement. Dry brushing can be done by anyone though, its thought to help the body release toxins through sweat via the lymphatic system. The bristles on the brush stimulate the pores and open them up, which in turns reduces the amount of toxins flowing through the lymphatic system. I say all of that to say if you yourself can move your body, make sure you move your body in a way that you work up sweat, increase heart rate to increase circulation and cellular movement. Working out promotes toxin release, waste removal and rich blood flow to the ENTIRE being. People are meant to run, jump, walk, push, pull, and squat.

ITS ELECTRIC! BOOGIE WOOGIE

Exercise puts pressure on our physical bodies and helps blood , nerves, immune system and cell production by strengthening and activating our piezoelectricity. We are piezoelectric beings.
Our bones are piezoelectric, Which is the electric current that comes from natural movement like calisthenics/ aerobic and anaerobic exercise ( which strengthen bones) When you don’t workout and eat healthy your bones are robbed of minerals to keep your blood balanced which start the cause an array of problems starting with the loss of bone density (teeth included) and speeds up aging.
Our bones house vital stem cells and blood we need to keep us healthy (absorbing nutrients) and regenerative.

I LOVE CALISTHENICS

I personally choose calisthenics as my MAIN source of exercise. Calisthenics includes running, walking, jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting using mostly bodyweight. Anytime we lift any part of our bodies off the ground we defy gravity and when we land it creates a shock from the soles of your feet up to the rest of the body that activates all the cells in the body and increases cellular communication and kickstarts healing and regeneration all over.
Jumping is good for women’s breasts and mens testicles. Doing pushups decrease chances of breast cancer by building muscle which burns unhealthy built up fat around the breast tissue. This can be done all over the body.
Our organs are also muscles, lungs, heart and brain benefit the most from exercise because of the exertion of oxygen being pushed out and pulled into the body with every rep. You should do some type of cardio daily and if any muscle on your body is not sore make sure you do something to make it sore. When its sore, let it rest and recover from the lactic acid build up which comes from the stress of physical activity and is a healthy response to exercise so get up and MOVE daily it helps to heal and strengthen you on a cellular level first which is the most important reason to exercise. The nice body is a bonus byproduct. for fitness motivation and direction checkout my calisthenics team page TEAM SPARTAA
